Buxton Artisan Market is returning with the very finest to Spring Gardens  SK17 6BJ

Here’s a taste of what to look forward to.

Artisan traders have been busy, baking, preparing, making, capturing (pictures that is!), designing, sewing, creating, brewing, maturing, stitching, stirring, cooking, sourcing, wrapping, bottling, inventing, painting, growing, nurturing, and constructing.

All the very finest, many local to Buxton, talented, award winning, passionate, knowledgeable, creative and wonderful artisan market traders bringing a whole array of mouthwatering, quirky, unusual, design led, aromatic, tasty, curious, gorgeous, distinctive, original, beautiful, useful, hand crafted, locally sourced, inspiring, seasonal, tempting, fresh, delicious, bespoke, interesting, must have goodies.

For those who want a few more specifics we will have fabulous entertainment throughout the day from Sunnyside Swing in the centre of the incredible ‪#‎StreetFood‬ Arena. Vintage & classic cars will adorn the periphery of the arena and dancing will be very much encouraged!

The Street Food Arena itself will be the epicentre of foodie heaven: we have, succulent Pulled Pork & Bratwurst Sausages from Kaiser UK, freshly baked Woodfired Pizza from Nether Edge Pizza, a range of Portugeuse offerings including; Francesinha: a beef rump steak, chorizo, sausage and ham on a toasted sandwich smothered in melted cheese and a spicy beer tomato sauce. (Best eaten when ravenous). Bifana: Succulent pork steaks marinated and cooked in a garlic white wine sauce. Piri-Piri Chicken Burger: with homemade slaw. Piri-Piri Halloumi Burger (V): consists of golden grilled halloumi cheese, babyleaf salad, crisp mixed peppers, sundried tomatoes, portabello mushroom and our spicy piri-piri relish served on a large soft roll. Sardine Pâté: Homemade sardine pâté served with mixed crackers and olives all from Que Delicia, French sweet and savoury crepes from Madame Francoise and Churros and Coffee too…. do come hungry!

We have olives, Turkish delight, Baklava and nuts from Greek Olives. The Really Different Company does what it says on the tin.
